Hey I'm renting out my one floor Lincoln Park apartment asap. I will be subletting it for one month. This apartment is brand new on the inside, fully furnished, 52" plasma, ps3, whatever you need, it's there.

After watching Rambo the other day, I decided to teach myself survival skills. I will be living in my backyard for a month, possibly longer depending on how it turns out.

The apartment will be 100% yours, with a few exceptions. When I make a kill, I will need use of the bathtub(not bathroom, feel free to brush your teeth or freshen up while I'm in there)for an hour or so to clean it. Also, I will ask that if you come through the backyard, or have friends over, be cautious that I do not mistake you as prey. Don't be weirded out by this, this is a controlled environment.

This may seem outrageous, but it is a real post. The apartment is awesome, it's brand new, one bedroom, amazing. Normal rent for this would be like $1,500 but given the circumstances, I'll give you a deal. Negotiable.

I used to live really close to there. Lincoln Park is kind of high end. Real close to the Lincoln Park Zoo, maybe that's where he's gonna practice his skills??
